Getting it right the first time in

Clarke, Frederick, Warren, Fauquier, Shenandoah  and Western Loudoun Counties Virginia
I'm a Nerd. And That's a GOOD thing!

I know my way around technology. I'm a gadget girl. So you are always able to reach me, be it phone, text or email.

And with the wide variety of delivery systems these days, navigating the ins and outs of technology can come in pretty handy. So don't worry - your proprietary platform won't be a problem for me.

I've got a great mobile toolbox, tool. This enables me to curate the technology that best fits each situation. From encrypted Proton Mail, to password protected mobile scanning apps, I gotcha covered.

Trained, Background Checked, Insured

With a regularly maintained NNA Certification and TRID training, Basic and Advanced Notary2Pro certification, and 1000s of error-free signings, I can handle the hassles so you can get back to what you do best.

As a former communications trainer for IBM, Chubb and a variety of other large corporations, I have the communications skills, and conflict management strategies needed, to bring home even the most complex document signing.

Excellence and Professionalism

With over 18 years of experience

as an IT Business Development and Training professional, I became a full-time Mobile Notary Signing Agent in 2011.

That means I'm always professional, know how to navigate difficult situations, can manage a lot of moving parts, and understand the importance of maintaining a high level of security for sensitive client information.

And my commitment to ALTA Compliant Best Practices assures you that my business processes are engineered with today's technology, and privacy risks, in mind.

Community Support and Mentoring

I love this job. I really do. So it was a no-brainer when I decided to give something back and offer free mobile notary signing agent services to home-bound and facility-bound members of my community.

It is also important to me to offer support to my fellow Signing Agents. I don't see them as competition. I see them as collaborators who are interested in attaining and maintaining excellence in the field. And it keeps me sharp and committed to continuous and never ending improvement, too. So I mentor new Certified Notary Signing Agents and offer a helping hand.
